New comedy begins shooting in Pittsburgh

The Pittsburgh Film Office has announced that principal photography has begun on a new comedy being shot in the city.

Film Office Director Dawn Keezer says "Hollywood & Wine" is the first of several films being made by Pittsburgh-based Smithfield Street Productions and California-based Proud Mary Entertainment.

Keezer says producers are also scouting locations in the region this week for three other films. She says a $75 million state tax break for movie production is luring filmmakers to Pittsburgh.
