"Hollywood Via Pittsburgh"

Pitt alum and New Castle native John Dellaverson is coming back to Pittsburgh to discuss his experiences as a Hollywood executive, producer, and entertainment lawyer.

The event is taking place on Thursday, April 19th 2007 at 5:00 pm in room 324 of the Cathedral of Learning on the campus of the University of Pittsburgh


During his talk, John will discuss his journey from Pittsburgh to becoming executive vice-president of LIONS GATE ENTERTAINMENT and chairman of its subsidiary CINEGATE as well as his career as an entertainment attorney and producer (Diary of a Mad Black Women, In the Mix)

This event will be moderated by Carl Kurlander, Visiting Distinguished Senior Lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh and co-founder of Steeltown Entertainment Project.

This event is free and open to the public and is co-sponsored by Steeltown Entertainment Project, Pitt In Hollywood, and the University of Pittsburgh.
